2004 August 17: Shooting ducks

Today I had this idea that I would shoot the Danforth. I walked up River Street and found a farm. Never did make it to the Danforth. Tannis Toohey, the photographer above, was shooting a story for the The Star. A couple of farmer boys tried hard to chat her up, but she had a job to do. I got better shots than she did (much longer lens and stablised too, which helped when the sun disappeared and it got darkish). Plus no one was trying hard to get my telephone number.
